Who publishes the app

Job information stays on your device
The current app stores job drafts and saved jobs locally on the device. It does not require an account and does not provide cloud sync. We do not receive your measurements, supplier names, prices, or PDF files through the app.
Sharing is your action
If you choose to share a job card or PDF, iOS hands that content to the destination you select. That destination’s handling is governed by its own policy. The app does not send a copy to the publisher.
Privacy-conscious app analytics
We use TelemetryDeck, provided by TelemetryDeck GmbH in Germany, to understand which features are useful and where people encounter problems. The app sends categorical events such as completing onboarding, saving a job, exporting a PDF, seeing the paywall, starting or completing a purchase, and an error category. Events may include the selected shape, metric or imperial units, the type of purchase (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), and a success or failure category.
These events never include job or supplier names, measurements, quantities, material costs, fees, notes, document contents, payment details, or Apple transaction identifiers. A PDF-export event tells us an export happened, not what the document contains.
TelemetryDeck also attaches its standard app and device metadata, including app and iOS versions, device model and display information, language, region and time-zone preferences, accessibility preferences, session information, and a hashed device identifier. Region preferences are not your GPS location. We do not send a name, email address, advertising identifier, or custom account ID to TelemetryDeck, and we do not combine analytics with identifiable support messages.
TelemetryDeck describes its processing as privacy-preserving and does not store IP addresses. We use analytics only to understand and improve the product, not for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to data brokers. Developer and automated screenshot/test runs do not send events; TestFlight events are separated from production analytics. Purchases
Apple handles subscriptions and one-time purchases through the App Store. The app checks signed purchase information to provide or restore paid access. We do not receive your card or bank details. The app’s analytics records only the purchase type and categorical purchase or restore outcome, not the amount paid, receipt, transaction ID, or billing account. Apple processes its own purchase and account information under its privacy policy.
Your choices and requests
You control the local job data and any documents you share. Deleting the app removes its local data; copies you exported and device backups are managed by you and the services you selected. Analytics does not give us a lookup from your name or email address to an individual device. For privacy questions or requests relating to information you send us directly, contact the support address above. We use support messages to answer your request, not for advertising.
Website contact
This website is a product and support site. It does not offer account creation, forms, or behavioural analytics. Hosting providers process the network requests needed to deliver and protect the website. Selecting the support email opens your own mail app. Email sent to support is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the publisher’s inbox; your email provider and our mail provider also process the message. Do not include payment details or unnecessary personal data.
